We are currently recruiting for additional Flight Operations Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. Based in Buzz Head Office in Warsaw, the successful candidate will work closely with Flight Operations, Training and Rostering departments.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Efficient planning and monitoring of recurrent training and checks
- Optimizing rostering patterns and pilot headcount monitoring while producing timely reports
- Updating crew details (base & AOC transfers/ promotion/ etc.) and planning of Annual Leave for all crew to ensure coverage at all times
- Overseeing the Crew Planning Zendesk queries and liaising to identify any trends
- Attending weekly meetings in order to ensure Crew Planning requirements are met
- Liaising with Crew Control to ensure that rosters have sufficient coverage and standbys
- Assisting in preparing monthly calculations for invoicing purposes
- Any other related duties as requestedarsaw
Requirements
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively between departments
- Excellent problem solving and logistical skills
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- FTLS (Flight Time Limitations) knowledge
- A background in Crew Planning/Rostering is desirable
