We are currently recruiting for additional Flight Operations Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. Based in Buzz Head Office in Warsaw, the successful candidate will work closely with Flight Operations, Training and Rostering departments.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Efficient planning and monitoring of recurrent training and checks
  • Optimizing rostering patterns and pilot headcount monitoring while producing timely reports
  • Updating crew details (base & AOC transfers/ promotion/ etc.) and planning of Annual Leave for all crew to ensure coverage at all times
  • Overseeing the Crew Planning Zendesk queries and liaising to identify any trends
  • Attending weekly meetings in order to ensure Crew Planning requirements are met
  • Liaising with Crew Control to ensure that rosters have sufficient coverage and standbys
  • Assisting in preparing monthly calculations for invoicing purposes
  • Any other related duties as requestedarsaw

Requirements

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively between departments
  • Excellent problem solving and logistical skills
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • FTLS (Flight Time Limitations) knowledge
  • A background in Crew Planning/Rostering is desirable
